Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, StoryTap is searching for a new Intermediate Developer role to work with our tight-knit development team at Storytap. We’re looking for a strong candidate with 3-5 years of development experience, passionate about utilizing their skills to develop & improve both new and existing platforms and features of the StoryTap product.

What you’ll do:
- Work with the development team to maintain and enhance the StoryTap platform
- Add new features and functionality
- Work on integrations with key technology partners
- Contribute to our development team processes and best practices
- Implement and design RESTful services and APIs
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years experience building scalable, user-friendly, responsive web applications
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Proven knowledge of NodeJS, Express, Javascript, ReactJS
- Experience with Git and familiarity with CI practices
- Familiarity with ORM (sequelize) a bonus
- Strong database knowledge (SQL, Postgres)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS
- Familiarity with webRTC
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Shopify development a bonus
