RB Video Release

I hereby grant permission to ​RB​(Canada) Inc. (“Company”), on a royalty-free, world-wide basis, to use, reproduce, perform, publish, display, communicate or otherwise distribute the Video Content, including without limitation my name, image, likeness, voice, statements, stories or testimonials, and biographical information about me, in whole or in part, in any media and in any form, including, without limitation, educational materials, advertising and promotional materials, or in any other professional or commercial use or setting. I grant this permission with the understanding that such Video Content may be edited, modified, copied, exhibited, published, displayed, communicated, distributed, or combined with other video. I waive all moral rights to and any right of privacy in and right of publicity to the Video Content and the right to inspect or approve any finished product incorporating the Video Content. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties, payment or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Video Content.

I confirm that I own the rights necessary to enter into this Video Release agreement. I also confirm that I am the author of all Video Content recorded by me as part of and with the Leftstuff.com or Storytap.com guided storytelling platform and that such Video Content does not defame any person, nor does it violate the right of privacy or any other right of any person.

All the rights granted to Company by me in this Video Release are irrevocable and perpetual, and I waive all rights to any equitable relief in connection with this Video Release agreement. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Left Stuff Inc. and Company and their respective affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that I or any third party have or has or may in the future have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, misappropriation of personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any use of the Video Content or the rights granted under this Video Release and consent. This release and consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

By agreeing to this Video Release, I acknowledge that I have completely read, fully understand, and have voluntarily entered into the above release and consent.
