The Contest begins at 12:00 noon (ET) on October 1, 2024 and ends at 12:00 midnight (ET) on December 31, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). No purchase necessary.

No purchase necessary. U.S. and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who are over 18 years of age can enter the Contest.

Entry Method:
There is one (1) way to enter:
To participate, entrants must record and complete a video on the StoryTap platform between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. All entries must be received on or before 12:00 midnight (ET) on December 31, 2024 (“Contest Closing Date”).

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:

• The video must be recorded and submitted via StoryTap using the link provided by Brand/Company/StoryTap.
• The content must be in the requested language as specified in the StoryTap experience.
• The video must not contain music that requires licensing.
• It must include answers to the platform’s story direction.
• Consent must be obtained from all persons appearing in the video, other than the entrant (parental/legal guardian consent is required for anyone under 18 years of age).
• The video may feature the entrant and up to three other individuals, maximum.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used during the entry process.

PRIZE:

There is one (1) prize available to be won in the Contest: ONE Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is a $500 USD Digital Visa Gift Card.

Prize Conditions:
The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution. It is non-transferable, not for resale, and has no cash value. StoryTap reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The StoryTap is not responsible for any costs, including taxes or fees, associated with the use of the prize.

DRAWING:

A random draw for one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) and one (1) alternative potential winner (“Alternative Potential Winner”) will be held on or about January 5, 2025 at approximately 12:00 noon (ET) from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential Winner will be contacted via email within ten (10) business days of the draw date. If the Potential Winner cannot be reached within this time frame, they will be disqualified, and the Alternative Potential Winner will be contacted.

ELIGIBILITY:

To enter and be eligible to win, participants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), at least 18 years old, and not employees of the Company/Brand asking for video, or the Sponsor, StoryTap or its affiliates, nor immediate family members of such employees. “Immediate family” includes parents, siblings, children, spouse, or partner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization, which are final.

Prize Acceptance:
The Potential Winner must follow the instructions in the winner notification email and sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) within the specified time to claim the prize. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Liability Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any other entities involved in the Contest from any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

Ownership of Entries:
By submitting a video, entrants grant the specific Company or Brand who asked for the video, according to the in-StoryTap Experience that the video was recorded on, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display their video in any media for promotional purposes.

Tax Responsibility:
All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Contest Termination:
Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest. By entering, entrants consent to this collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. This information will not be used for other purposes unless entrants opt-in for marketing communications.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). Any disputes arising from the Contest shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia Canada, both U.S. and Canadian law shall apply.
